The Healthy Ageing Timeline provides a repository for projects relating to healthy ageing or frailty from across Wessex. The repository will serve as a resource for individuals and organisations to improve the care of older people.
Projects may be complete, enabling the outputs and experiences of the project to be shared; or may currently still be in progress. By sharing these projects you are able to tell others about your work, allowing others to learn from your experiences. Or if you are planning a project, the timeline will provide some insight into similar projects and give you names of people to contact to find out more.
