Carers IW is based at the Riverside in Newport



We offer a range of services and support to unpaid adult carers of adults. The Carers IW team provides information, support and advocacy to adults who look after another adult.



We work with carers who either live on the Isle of Wight or care for someone living on the Isle of Wight.



As a charity, we have supported carers for 30 years. We are here to work with carers to ensure they receive the right support and information at the right time, enabling Carers to carry on looking after their relatives, friends and neighbours.





Referral Criteria

Referrals We are able to accept self referrals or referrals from professionals Please let the carer know you are making a referral. We will contact the carer to outline the support we can offer. This could include information over the telephone, signposting to other organisations or time-limited one-to-one emotional support We also make referrals to other services. To make a referral please send us as much information as possible or send us a message on our contact form or telephone us or send us an email with the carer
