Referral Criteria
Complex epilepsy clinic
Patients with complex epilepsy needs can be referred to us by writing to the epilepsy team secretary.
Epilepsy surgery
Consultants can refer patients for assessment by writing to the epilepsy team secretary.
First seizure clinic
Health professionals must use the first seizure referral form when referring patients to us. The form, which is also available from the emergency department, the acute medical unit and the epilepsy team secretary, should be returned to us as soon as possible via fax or email, using the contact details on the form.
