Description

To support patients with a diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease within the community.

The Specialist Nurse provides assessment, monitoring, support and advice.

Apart from Nurse led clinics the service also provides telephone consulations, home visits and education.

St Leonards Community Hospital Out Patient Department

Wednesday Morning Monthly

Thursday Morning Monthly

Friday Morning Monthly

Clinics also held at Highcliffe Clinic on Wedneday mornings, Stour surgery on Tuesday afternoons

Referral Criteria

GP Referral to Dorset HealthCare University Foundation Trust Parkinson's Clinic held every 2nd and 3rd Thursday morning in the month
