Description
We primarily offer neuro physio services to Dorset, Hampshire, The New Forest, The Isle of Wight, Wiltshire and Somerset. We have clinic facilities in Poole, Broadstone and Southampton if required. Many of our sessions will be in the clients own home but we also see clients in external gyms, leisure centres, hydro or swimming pools
Referral Criteria
We accept direct referrals from:
Individuals or their familes
Case Managers
General Practitioners
Consultants
Solicitors
Care home managers
Other health professionals
