Description

We provide education for adults who have a confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. We can provide support for you, and your family or carers, from the time you're diagnosed.

Referral Criteria

If you've had a confirmed diagnosis of MS, you can refer yourself to our service. If you'd prefer, you can ask your GP or health professional to request a referral to us on your behalf.
